The company was founded on June 1, 2018 by Alfonso Xolalpa, Carlos Vega, Juan Carlos Barrera and Mayra Xolalpa, however it was established until February 2019, date on which Jovvany Montiel is added as a partner, thus closing a professional team with high academic standards.
